Medical Receptionist Position in Caroline Springs

We are searching for an applicant with the ability to:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Manage patient flow to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Provide admin support to doctors, nurses and allied health practitioners
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Remain calm in a busy work environment
  • Answer and respond to multiple phone lines
  • Schedule appropriate appointments
  • Invoice patients
  • Prioritise tasks

This role would suit a Medical Receptionist who has:

  • Previous medical reception experience
  • An understanding of medical terminology
  • Best Practice and Pracsoft experience
  • Experience in windows based software systems
  • An understanding of Medicare billing and batching
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Pride in their presentation
  • Attention to detail
