Medical Receptionist Position in Caroline Springs
We are searching for an applicant with the ability to:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Manage patient flow to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Provide admin support to doctors, nurses and allied health practitioners
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Remain calm in a busy work environment
- Answer and respond to multiple phone lines
- Schedule appropriate appointments
- Invoice patients
- Prioritise tasks
This role would suit a Medical Receptionist who has:
- Previous medical reception experience
- An understanding of medical terminology
- Best Practice and Pracsoft experience
- Experience in windows based software systems
- An understanding of Medicare billing and batching
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours
- Pride in their presentation
- Attention to detail
