After Hours GP Home Visits are available via the Home Doctor service.

To arrange an after-hours visit by the Home Doctor service call 13 SICK (13 7425).

As the Home Doctor Service is separate to Active Medical, please mention your regular GP at your Home visit for follow up correspondence to be sent to your GP.
