Outside of normal opening hours, Active Medical refers to National Home Doctor service for GP Home Visits. National Home Doctor service has a team of GPs who conduct in-home consultations. Please let the visiting after-hours GP know who your regular Active Medical doctor is, so that they are sent a letter with a record of the consultation.
