All Telehealth appointments are now billed privately. Medicare rebates are available for eligible patients.

How do I make payment?
Your card details are required in order to secure a telephone consultation. An estimate of costs will be sent to your number on finalising the booking. Your account will not be debited until after your consultation.
If payment has not gone through, following your appointment you will be issued with an invoice for outstanding accounts. Payment can be made over the phone by credit card with our administration team.
Payment via cash, EFTPOS or credit is also accessible through our payment facility at Active Medical.
Fees must be paid immediately and accounts not paid by the due date will incur a $33 administration fee. No further appointments can be made while fees are outstanding.
Please note that all patients will be charged Telehealth fees regardless of concessional status.
Doctors consulting from our rooms at Active Medical still offer bulk billing to all their patients with a current Medicare card for in person consultations.
