Telehealth appointments are bulk billed for eligible patients. You are eligible if you have valid Medicare card and have attended Active Medical for a face to face consultation in the 12 months prior.

Missed or cancelled appointments with less than two hours notice will incur a fee of $50. No part of this fee can be claimed back from Medicare.
